Gabba Gabba Hey. Services will be Friday, December 23rd for George Tasos Petroutsas, of Watsonville, who died on December 17, 2011. He was a victim of a head on car collision. George was born on September 21, 1969 in Watsonville. He attended local schools, graduating from Watsonville High School. George was known for his great sense of humor, his brilliance with computers and his extreme generosity of spirit.
George had a lifelong love of Harley Davidson motorcycles. He owned many throughout the years and made a career of his love for these motorcycles.
He is survived by his parents, Tasos and Theodora Petroutsas of Watsonville; his sister, Anna Petroutsas and his fianc#233; Maricela Perez. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and a list of friends too numerous to count.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, December 22nd from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church, 223 Church St., Santa Cruz. Trisagion services will follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held the following day, Friday, Dec. 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Graveside committal services will follow at Santa Cruz Memorial Park.
